How do I find the ESN office at SDU?
The office is located by the main entrance. When you go up the stairs, turn right and you will find our banners. There you can go down the stairwell where our office is 😊

How do I get an ESNcard?
You can buy our card at esnodense.nemtilmeld.dk. After you purchase the card, you need to pick it up during Office Hours.
ESNcard.org problems
ESN Odense does not handle the online discounts provided (e.g., Flixbus and Ryanair). We advice you to reach out the team at ESNcard.org
How do I sign up for events?
Depending on the event, you might need to register beforehand (or not!) due to venue or material limitations (or just because we want to make it extra cozy 😁).
Always check the event descriptions on Instagram to know if you need to sign up!
Be aware that even when you don’t need to sign up, you always need a valid ESNcard (aka with a photo) to participate!
Not picked up your ESNcard yet?
We urge you to pick up your card as soon as possible, as most events require you to show a valid ESNcard upon arrival 🐥
How can I become a buddy?
You can sign up through SDU International ([email protected]).
How can I become an Active Member (volunteer) of ESN Odense?
Every semester, we will have an open call for members. You can find our sing up forms on our Instagram or WhatsApp. The call will typically be open for 1-2 weeks.
